We will do our best to clean your vehicle to its best condition possible.
We DO NOT:
- fix tears in your leather or fabric
- fix any scratches on your panels
- fix anything damaged
We are there to CLEAN & PROTECT your vehicle moving forward but we cannot bring back anything that will need replacement.
There are certain stains in fabric that also will NOT come out no matter how much we clean it due to the duration of the stain and/or the nature of the stain.

We have both available. Our shop is a detailing garage out of our home location. It is specified for detailing with all equipment, tools, and products to help give you that new car look! We are avaiable for drop-off if you would like it done at a garage instead of us coming to you. Located in Dublin/Pleasanton Area.
However, our mobile van can come to you as well. We will need to connect to your house/locations's water supply and power outlet without 100 foot hose and 100 foot extension cord. Water source only needed for exterior details/washes. Keep in mind, we do need a generous amount of space to work around depending on the service. We like 5 feet of space on each side.

There's no offical detailers' license and anybody can become a 'detailer' by watching a few YouTube videos. However, our entire team has trained at Rightlook.com's Training Center. We all took an advanced 5 day detailing course that went over the fundamentals of not only how to care for a vehicles materials but also stand out and become auto reconditioning specialists. Don't trust a guy who's seen a few YouTube videos to wash your Range Rover. Just don't...

A silver interior will take estimated 1-2 hours depending on your vehicle size and interior conditon.
A gold/platinum interior:
For a small car: 2.5-3 hours.
For a mid-size or large vehicle: 2.5-4 hours.
These are our average times. The more dirty the car, the more pet hair, the filthier the carpets, all affect how long the detail will take. We are more than happy to accomodate for your schedule needs. Just let us know what we can do!

No!
We tend to always shampoo the driver and passenger cloth seats first so your behind does not get wet. However, even after mopping up and doing our carpet extraction (sucks up all the brown water), the surface will be somewhat damp and will need to airdry. We recommend parking in the sun and leaving the windows down.

Your local car wash does it for $40. And you know a guy who knows a guy that details for $100. We understand....but how's their work? Are you satisfied?
We don't think so. If you're looking for a cheap detailer, we are not your place.
We do premium work, and that comes with premium prices. A detail goes above and beyond just a vacuum and wipedown to get a full deep clean from the front to the back, top to the bottom, in all the little crevices to ensure you have the confidence of riding in a sanitized vehicle!

A clay bar is a method of mechanical decontamination. It is a bar of clay that we rub over the paint with necessary lubrication to remove any embedded contaminants in the paint. It makes the paint feel smooth, helps the wax stick better to paint, and also is a necessary step before paint correction.
It is like exfoliation for our face. We can wash our face with soap and water all day long, but that will not get rid of our acne. We need a exfoliating cream for that. Likewise, soap and water will not fix the contaminants stuck in the car paint's pores. You need a clay bar for that.
How do you know if you need a clay bar? Wash your car and feel the paint. If the paint still feels rough, you need a clay bar.

With the tools, products, and knowledge we have, we’re able to reach a lot of areas in the interior without having to remove the seats. So we do not remove seats.
We do remove seats for minivans that have easy access to be removed. You can also remove seats yourself before us showing up and we will clean the seat and the place underneath the seat place.

Yes and no.
There will be no people, pets, or plants at all in the area during the ozone treatment. Ozone can kill plants and harm people and pets. Especially those with a lung condition.
After the ozone treatment is done, we need to let it air out by itself in a ventilated environment for at least 4 hours. Longer time recommended for those with lung conditions or trouble breathing.
We usually hop in the vehicle with the ozone machine running mid-way to turn on the car, put the air on recirculation, and hop out. The ozone is not super dangerous where it kills on contact. It's just not healthy to breathe it in continually.
We will go over the precuations before treatment.

Yes, we have to. Whether your car looks clean, or has just been detailed by another 'detailer', we have to do a odor removal specific detail to the vehicle. Any odor, especially nicotine, is invisible and can stick to many materials in the car.
We thoroughly wipe down, vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, and blow out everything in the interior to make sure we have taken care of the source of the odor.
